Southside Osteopathy is a large clinic based in Unley, Adelaide. We service a wide range of suburbs including: Unley, Parkside, Goodwood, Hyde Park, Malvern, Fullarton, Glenelg, Edwardstown, Norwood, Kensington, Burnside, North Adelaide, Henley Beach, Grange, Blackwood and Belair. We even have patients travel from as far away as Clare, Barossa Valley, Norlunga, Happy Valley, Kadina, Stirling and Victor Harbour to see us.
As well as Osteopathy, we offer Massage Therapy. With many different type of massage on offer you are sure to find a style that suits your needs: Remedial Massage, Relaxation Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Sports Massage and Lymphatic Drainage.
Another service we offer are Xtend Barre classes. The Xtend Barre workout is a fast paced, 55-minute, full body immersion that fuses dance, Pilates and sculpting exercises at the ballet barre to give you a chiseled body – and fast! Southside Osteopathy also offers Mat Pilates classes, which are held at our Xtend Barre studio, and these are run by one of our Osteopaths, which ensures that you are getting complete and through care during your workout.
At Southside Osteopathy, we have 10 Osteopaths, a Massage Therapist, 4 Xtend Barre & Pilates Instructors and 5 administration staff to help make your experience with us as friendly and enjoyable as possible.
